Sipping History:
In 1988, Booker Noe introduced his own signature bourbon, Booker’s® True Barrel Bourbon. Inspired by a 20-year-old tradition, Booker’s Bourbon was first created as a holiday gift for Booker’s special friends. It was so well-received that Booker himself decided to make this formerly private stock available to bourbon lovers.

Beam Family Secrets:

Booker Noe, master distiller emeritus and grandson of the legendary Jim Beam, personally sampled each barrel of Booker’s Bourbon and decided when it was ready. Today, his son, Frederick “Fred” Booker Noe III, samples each batch.

Booker’s Bourbon is the “centre cut,” which relates to the position of the barrels in the rackhouse. The “centre cut” is less subject to Kentucky’s hot and cold extremes, resulting in the finest, rarest, absolute best bourbon available.

Tasting Tradition:

Booker’s Bourbon is the only uncut, unfiltered, straight from the barrel, connoisseur’s sipping bourbon available today. It is bottled at its natural proof of between 121 and 127 and aged between six and eight years.

Beam Seal of Approval:

The Booker’s Bourbon bottle features a label written in Booker Noe’s own handwriting, and Booker says that if you look closely, you’l note a small error. Distinguished by a wax seal and cloth neck ribbon, each bottle of Booker’s comes packaged in a special unfinished, hand-crafted wooden crate stamped, “Booker’s True Barrel Bourbon.”
