Bushmills Original Blended Irish whiskey.
The cornerstone of the Bushmills Whiskey range. A blend of triple distilled malt whiskey with a lighter Irish grain whiskey.
It is an approachable whiskey with a rich, warming taste of fresh fruit and vanilla.
Nose: Light fruity and spicy aroma. Vanilla note, developing into vanilla ice cream and crème brulee.
Palate: Gently warming, mouth-coating texture, a touch of honey sweetness.
Finish: Crisp fresh finish with a touch of spice.
This is the whiskey that some people call “ordinary Bushmills” until they try it. As everyone in Bushmills will tell you, they only make two kinds of whiskey– extraordinary whiskey, and even more extraordinary whiskey.
Some people also call it “gentle Giant” because it is both “approachable and bigger than you expect”. Actually they are happy for you to call Bushmills Original anything you like (well, anything but ordinary) as long as you enjoy it.
Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey 40%
Black Bush, like all Irish Whiskey is distilled three times in copper Pot Stills, to achieve the maximum purity of the spirit.
Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey Tasting Notes...
With an intriguing flavour and a name to match, this is their special blend. It combines a uniquely high proportion of malt whiskey matured in former Oloroso Sherry casks with a sweet batch-distilled grain whiskey. This unique recipe gives Black Bush its rich fruity notes and deep intense character, balanced by a unique smoothness.
Nose: Big, full, rich fruitcake aroma. Intense sherry sweetness developing into dried fruit-raisin-Christmas cake notes.
Palate: Soft, silky texture with a nutty character.
Finish: Lingering sweetness. Remarkable balance between the power from Sherry-seasoned casks and the smoothness of the spirit.#
Bushmills 10 year old Single malt Irish whiskey
Triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for a minimum of 10 years in mainly Bourbon seasoned barrels, it has aromas of honey, vanilla and milk chocolate

Its beautifully rounded with a distinct honeyed sweetness (Colum, Bushmills master distiller, says he tastes milk chocolate) and a rich warming character, Its as smooth as it gets.
Nose: Fresh and zesty, Honey, ripe fruit.
Palate: Soft. Vanilla milk chocolate and toasted wood
Finish: Crisp and clean, gentle drying.
Bushmills 16 year old Single Malt Whiskey
This distinctive Irish malt whiskey is aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon seasoned casks. Then matured for several months in port wine barrels - A unique maturation which imparts distinct notes of juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness.
Nose: Big, robust. Treacle toffee and sweet spice.
Palate: Praline, honey, full bodied. Caramelised fruits, toasted nuts.
Finish: Deep. Jammed berries and dark chocolate.
Bushmills 21 year old Single Malt Whiskey
This rare Irish single malt is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon seasoned casks, then transferred into Madeira casks for the final 2 years of its maturation.
The result is a whiskey of considerable depth that interweaves dried fruit flavours with spicy aromatic maltiness and the subtle nutty toasted raisin notes.
Nose: Full and sweet. Soft spice, orange peel
Palate: Luxurious satiny sensation with an elegant sweet and dry interplay.
Finish: Intense. Liquorice and oak,

Bushmills 1608 is an incarnation of the very best of the distillery and the people of Bushmills. This whiskey is above all approachable, with a remarkable smoothness and depth of character; in the true Irish style it has plenty of personality with a gentle touch.
At the heart of the blend is Bushmills malt whiskey distilled with crystal malt, a special type of malted barley that delivers exceptional smoothness.
Its name comes from the Barleycorns crystallised appearance when gentle toasted before the distilling process. This enhances the natural sweetness of the malt, giving the whiskey a unique toffee like softness.
