Age: over 21 years Volume: 70cl Strength: 46% abv
Limited Release: 8,700 bottles Non-chillfiltered, no colour added and bottled on site.
Colour: Pale gold.
Nose: Rich sherry aromas whose complexity gives only hints of creamy fudge toffees give way to Glenglassaugh’s boiled fruit sweet medley, too complex to break down. Hints of menthol and peppermint gradually creep in.
Palate: Rich sherry dominates but the boiled fruits flavours appear in the mid- palate. A combination of apples, blackcurrants and oranges tantalise with just a glimpse of Scottish tablet.
Finish: A medium, long finish follows where the rich sherry flavours are complemented with the menthol-like cooling.
